OUR RESPONSE TO COVID-19

In these extremely challenging times, we would like to share our heartfelt support and solidarity with you and your families. At Metclouds, the health and safety of our colleagues, customers, partners and the communities in which we operate is our number one priority. As the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) begins to have an increased impact and concern throughout the world, we feel it is important to communicate some of the actions that Metclouds is taking in accordance to our business continuity plan to ensure uninterrupted service.

We are closely monitoring the guidelines and recommendations provided by the state and central government authorities for the best methods to help prevent the spread of the virus. We have shared specific instructions with our employees especially the importance of washing and sanitizing hands and practising social distancing. Adhering to our ISO 27001 standards, to best protect those who must be at a Metclouds facility to carry out their work, the majority of our colleagues are working from home. Teleworking policies are put in place for people who can work from home with connection to remote servers only via secure VPN.
